Submerge photos into the dreamy depths of encaustic wax! Learn hands-on techniques to alter and colour photographs and printed images. Integrate translucent photo transfers into your encaustic paintings and learn techniques to achieve both silky smooth and textured surfaces. You will bring home several finished encaustic photographs. Students are welcome to bring personal photos and photocopies for use in class. This workshop is suitable for new or experienced encaustic artists.
